Ingrid posted in the HRT section re the direction of the bed: "First, this seems almost too simple to be credible, but the direction the bed faces makes an enormous difference. The rule is: North: stimulation and energization South: relaxation and devitalization East: inspiration and guidance West: disease and death" i believe my the headboard of my bed is west and the foot is to the east. i sure hope that means it is facing east? this is an interesting theory! on what is it founded?

You want the direction to be the opposite of what you just wrote. A chiropractor told me this years ago and I have observed it to be valid. |

Hello Ingrid, I'm a little confused and was hoping you could clarify. if the headboard is to the East and the foot is to the west - what does this mean ? Facing West?? (coz one sleeps with the head to the east and thus faces West - is this the right interpretation?) Thank you -Rita |
