for give my spelling but he has epitheloid carcoma
he has used the salve on his tumors and they are droping out ... how do we use this internaly and where do you get pills drops or what ever

Have you checked the page with sources?
Before taking anything internally, check with the supplier to be sure the product is appropriate for internal use . . . and read all the warnings on the main part of the site (not this bulletin board, but the regular part of cancersalves.com)
