Looking for anyones info or experience with iodine. My MD wants me to swab my gums with it, interesting, because I am hypothyroid and my mother and grandmother are allergic to iodine. Isn't there organic and inorganic idodine and ways to test for it. Also, where to buy it? Thanks so much! |

Most herbalists use some form of seaweed. We use a very mild one, liquid kelp. My experience is that small quantities can be extremely useful since the benefits tend to be cumulative. |
