What can be done to form healthy red blood cells again, and what can be done to prevent this happening, and what is the cause on the Rouleau effect. Currently I stay short of breath and have some dizzy spells with some manual labour. I have seen this when having a Darkfield blood analysis done. Many thanks, Eugene |

Eugene, Occasionally, people have rouleau simply because of dehydration, but more typically it is due to diet: excess consumption of foods that are sticky and insufficiently metabolized. Anything with a high sugar content can potentially cause this as can carbohydrates in general. As you seem to surmised, the inability of the blood to transport oxygen efficiently can less to shortness of breath and other signs of poor circulation and devitalization. |
