i would like to know if you can tell me how to make the cansema salve. i make a black salve but no bloodroot. my husband has a growth on the side of his head by the temple. it is round with a hole in middle of it, not big.it is raised up from the skin. i work at an herb shop and i make all kinds of salves, so i know i can make this. and also how long does cansema salve last. and is the ingerdents hard to find. thank you. please let me know. |

There are several variations of the formula in my book, but most contain zinc chloride. Depending where you live, you may or may not be able to obtain this. Also, depending on your views, the product would perhaps not qualify as a purely botanical product. Thirdly, you would need to consider very carefully what representations you make about the product. This said, it's easy enough to make, much better if you use fresh bloodroot.
The book has almost 100 recipes as well as detailed instructions for use. |

Well, there is nothing "new" that I might discuss. There are a number of people who have used the bloodroot paste on the primary growth and taken internal tonics, but once the condition has metastasized, it's obviously going to be much more challenging for both the patient and practitioner. Nevertheless, if your friend is motivated to survive, there are avenues worth pursuing. Unlike what I often write, this is a situation in which I would probably try the paste on the primary growth to see if it creates an opening for releasing toxins.
Every person is different. Each has a different level of commitment to health and healing, different aptitude for self-administering a program, different levels of discipline and compliance. You can get my book, plow through it together, and see if there is anything that resonates.

Where would one purchase the zinc chloride and the fresh blood root. I would like to grow my own blood root if anyone has an idea where as to purchase the seeds or roots.
I live in British Columbia, Canada I have read it will grow here.

You should be able to get little starters from someone else who is growing bloodroot. It is native to Eastern Canada (and the Eastern part of the U.S.) but it is too late to harvest there because of the frost. Fresh bloodroot this time of year would be hard to find unless someone remembers exactly where they planted it and the ground isn't frozen.
I think you can buy zinc chloride in Canada. Most people writing to me have not had any trouble finding it there, but if you need to use the product soon, you might start with a ready-made product and start making your own a year or two from now (your plants have to mature.)
You should read some herb gardening books such as the one I suggest called Planting for the Future (which we sell on this site.) |

16 months ago i was diagnosed with oral cancer, probably from dating people who smoked tobacco, and lots of good wine in my 50 years. the diagnosis was confusing. First they could not find a primary. Then the dentist they sent me to said i had to have all my teeth taken out, then my regular dentist said my teeth were fine. Then i went to see the radiologist and he said i was in stage 4 and needed immediate radiation. I never did go see the Chemo man.
I won't go into all the other confusions my doctor gave me, except to say i was given 6 months if i did not take their advice.
I was going to but I did not want to be removed from my cat-beloved. Instead i began formulating with Chinese herbs, for goiter. I reduced the lumps pretty far, but then they went back up.
I went to see the doctor again and although it had already been 3 months, he gave me another 6 months. He told me I would die in my sleep.
I went home and continued with the chinese herb formula i concocted: basically, 9 grams each of forsythia, kelp, fritillaria, two angelicas, cremastra, lycii berry, laminaria and sargassum.
I boiled this on a 1:4 for about an hour. Let sit over night and boiled again. I drank this stuff all day long. Oh, there was also Chinese licorice.
About 6 mos. after the first diagnosis i began to get hoarse. I went to the same doctor again, and was told i eiter needed immediate radical surgery or to start the radiation, but also,since i had lumps on both sides of my neck, only radiation would be best )( and chemo) and maybe surgery later. If they had to do surgery i was told my neck would droop, and also i would not be able to lift my hands over my shoulders.
I began making the original Essaic formula, and adding it to the goiter formula.
3 months ago i went to see the doctor, and he practically threw me out of his office. he told me I was wasting his time and taking up the space of his regular clients.
6 months ago i was getting a lot of ear pains, which i am still getting, and headaches, my tongue was extremely red on both sides and i developed double tongues. I also had hardness on the back of my tongue which I still have.
It hurts almost all the time.
I don't like taking the pain pills they gave me so i alternate between aspirin, schleffera root pills, and sometimes I read: The Mother, Mary Baker Eddy or the new testament.
I also use : a sleep product i have been commercially producing since the early 90's and also two Melatonin at night.
I have always had a real sweet tooth, and I am addicted to sugar. Recently I have been trying to control it. I have 99% given up sweets, milk, dairy in general, meat, TV, and so on.
I grow and chew wheatgrass daily. I gargle with Bloodroot, Pau D Arco in glycerin, and Cats Claw extract which I make, 1:2.
I don't get to go out much any longer, and have n ot been for over a year.
No more reggae, no more all night dance parties, I am only doing my formulas, a lot of hard outdoor gardening work daily, for about 6 hours a day, and lots of Multipure and Distilled Water. I eat primarily fruits, vegetables, and cooked: brown rice, millet, coucous, with kelp and vegetables.
the biggest part of my formulations now are composed of: bloodroot gargles which i began again last night after stumbling on to the Cansema site, and my most recent adaptation of formulation: 60-=100 grams of Oldelandia herb,
a small amount of Codonopsis, 15 grams of Trichosanthes root, Burdock Root, Honeysuckle stem and flower, one oz. of shredded, freshdried Coriolus versicolor, Ganoderma, and a tablespoon of Turkey Rhubarb. On Saturday night last, i was having tremendous ear pain, and I made this up. After one cup the pain disappeared. Sunday it returned, last night, sunday and early a.m. monday (today) it was extremely painful. I drank the above tea today, along with razzleberry juice with Hawaiian Spirulina, today and it was not too bad. Now it is back.
Such is life, and life goes on.
Everyone I know is amazed that I "look so good" and my voice is very strong now, but i am still in constant ear pain.
I miss the night dancing. I have to get well so I can someday go to the Berlin Love in Parade, and thence to India to the ashram of: The Mother, and thence to Brazil to Yanomamo land.

I wrote a response to your other post which I happened to have seen before this one. I have two reactions to what you have written: my gosh, finding one's way through the labyrinth of life is really complicated and even what I have written in my book and on this site is not enough. You have shown me how much more work there is for me to do.
I am sorry about your pain, and I sincerely hope all the measures you are taking result in healing and that you do make it to Brazil. |

I am looking for Zinc Chloride so I can make one of youe salves, I am located in Sacramento CA. I haven't been able to find it, and haven't been able to find anyone to ship it to me (as an individual, not a school) eiterr.
Any suggestions?
